2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, company, email address and your message.
- Browsing: technical and usage data (IP address, pages visited, device) through analytics cookies, only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and sending quotes — legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Measuring website usage to improve it — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Retention
Contact form data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts or until you ask for it to be deleted, and in any case for the periods required by law.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. We use processors such as our web hosting provider and Google (Gmail for receiving messages and Google Analytics). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
